Twese is site attendance software for construction teams. This page summarizes what information we collect and how it's used.
To register a worker, a company enters that worker's name, phone number, national ID, role, and a photo. Attendance is recorded as a check-in and check-out time whenever a worker's card is scanned. Company managers and staff sign in with an email and password.
This data exists to produce an accurate attendance and hours record for payroll, and to let a company's managers see who is currently on site. It is not sold or shared with other companies.
Every company's data — workers, projects, and attendance records — is isolated at the database level. A manager or staff member can only ever see the workers and records belonging to their own company.
If you have questions about your data or want it removed, contact the company you work for or work with — they administer their own Twese account.
